Meet the Miramar Team Behind Sightline Windows & Doors Miramar

Every window and door we install in Miramar passes through the hands of the same crew. They’ve worked together long enough to know who takes the lead on a third-story impact install and who catches the detail others miss on a custom geometric frame. What unites them isn’t a handbook. Marcus has been installing windows and doors in Broward County for fourteen years, the last six with Sightline Miramar. He’s certified in PGT and CGI impact-rated systems, and he’s the one we send when a job requires re-framing after hurricane damage or matching a custom sightline on a geometric window that no stock unit fits. On his own time, he rebuilds vintage motorcycles in a garage near Pembroke Pines. That patience with alignment and torque translates directly to his work: he’ll spend an hour shimming a frame until the reveal is consistent to the sixteenth. Customers in the Monarch Lakes area still mention him by name from jobs he did in 2019.

Elena R. - Senior Installer

Elena started as an apprentice in Miami-Dade right after trade school, working her way up through energy-efficient retrofits and full-gut replacements. She’s our specialist for U-factor and SHGC optimization, which matters more than most homeowners realize in Miramar’s climate, where summer cooling loads run heavy eight months of the year. He coordinates the measured surveys, makes sure the written quote matches the field notes, and keeps the photo documentation organized by job number. He fishes the canals near Miramar Parkway on Sunday mornings and claims the peacock bass are getting smarter every year.

Ana P. - Apprentice Installer

Ana is in her second year with the crew, working toward her full installer certification under Elena’s supervision. She’s already handled solo replacements on standard vinyl double-hungs and assisted on every impact-rated system in our line card. Her specialty interest is in thermally broken aluminum frames, which she’s been studying because Miramar’s coastal humidity and salt air punish inferior metalwork faster than inland markets.
